Returns & exchanges

Online Returns

Our return policy allows for up to 30 days for all unworn items with original tags and original packaging and are not marked as FINAL SALE. If your item has been used, you are unable to exchange or return the item. For returns over 6 items, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

Returns Process

1. Retrieve a return label through our returns portal.

2. Package your items, you may use your own box or reuse the package you received the item in.

3. Secure your return label to your package. (Please do not return a package without RA number.)

4. Drop your package off at your preferred shipping location.

Note: Multiple orders (including exchanges) cannot be combined and returned together. Our warehouse will only process one order per label, and any additional items will not be credited.

Note: If you would like to return any item for a refund, customer will pay for the return freight. We do not refund outgoing freight from the original order.

Exchange Process

We want to make sure your gear fits well. If you would like to exchange an item, please request a pre-paid return label through the return portal and follow the returns process mentioned above. SPC/LST will pay to ship your item back (for orders based in the U.S.) to SPC/LST and mail out a different size or item to you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@spclst.com.

Non-USA Shipping and Returns

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
