U.S. orders generally arrive in 2 to 5 business days after shipping. International orders generally take 5 to 12 business days. Transit time depends on the method selected at checkout.

Yes. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $199. The threshold is shown in your cart as you add items.

Yes. We ship to most countries. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Start in the returns portal. Most changes can be handled there directly.

If the order has not populated in the portal yet, email hello@spclst.com and we'll take it from there. Once an order enters fulfillment it becomes a return or exchange.

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at hello@spclst.com and we'll make it right.

Some styles restock and some are built as limited runs. Join the mailing list for restock and release notices, or email us about a specific size and we'll tell you where it stands.

Measure first, then match to the chart. Every product page also carries a Fit line describing how that specific style is cut, including inseam and outseam on bottoms.

Bottoms run in either numeric or alpha sizing depending on the style. The product page shows which applies. Measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements.

Yes. True to size is what we design for.

Fit still varies by style because each one is built for a purpose, and the Fit line on every product page states the intended cut. If you have questions about a specific piece, reach out to hello@spclst.com. We're happy to help you find the right fit.

Tops and outerwear run S through XXL. Bottoms run waist 28 through 42, depending on the style. Available sizes are listed on each product page.

Exchange it. For U.S. orders we cover shipping both directions on exchanges. Request a pre-paid label through the returns portal.

We use only premium-grade materials throughout our products. Depending on the product, that can include premium-branded materials such as Cordura®, PrimaLoft®, Allied Down, YKK, Challenge Sailcloth, and British Millerain®, to name a few.

We only use highly durable performance fabrics, premium hardware and trims, premium zippers, and manufacture with reinforced stitching and stress-point construction wherever possible.

We focus on materials that perform well over time, not materials chosen simply because they are inexpensive. Every product page lists the exact fabric and weight for that style.

Because they're built differently.

Higher-quality fabrics, better hardware, stronger construction methods, and stricter manufacturing standards all cost more to produce. But they also create products that last significantly longer.

Our products are manufactured with specialized factory partners around the world, selected for their expertise in technical construction and premium materials.

Many of the same facilities we work with produce gear for some of the most respected brands in the world. Every product is built to our exact specifications and undergoes strict quality standards before it reaches you.

Real people making deliberate design decisions. It means every material, seam, and closure was chosen on purpose by someone who will have to answer for it. It's our trademark and our standard.

It depends on the style. Some carry a DWR water-resistant finish, others use waterproof breathable construction. The product page states the specific rating. We don't claim protection a product was not built to deliver.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags and packaging. Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible.

Start through the returns portal. You'll receive a return label and an RA number. Do not ship anything without an RA number.

For refunds, the customer covers return shipping and original outgoing freight is not refunded. For exchanges on U.S. orders, we cover it both ways.

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll confirm approval. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days, plus bank processing time. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email us at hello@spclst.com.

No. Our warehouse processes one order per label. Items from a second order in the same package will not be credited.

Not for returns of six items or fewer. For returns over six items we reserve the right to charge 10%.

If the item is defective, the wrong item, or damaged in transit, we make it right in every market, no exceptions. Replacement or refund. Email hello@spclst.com.

Change of mind is different. International sales are final except where local consumer law says otherwise. EU orders carry a 14-day right to cancel on unworn items with original tags and proof of purchase.

Where a return is legally required, we do not cover international return shipping and the customer pays it. Duties and taxes are not refundable by us, though they can generally be reclaimed from your own customs authority.

Every SPC/LST product is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect or construction issue, we will repair or replace it. That covers seam failure, a zipper breaking under normal use, or any component that fails because of how it was made.

All products naturally show signs of use over time. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures, not normal wear from long-term use. Fading, pilling, scuffs, and surface abrasion are signs your gear is working, not failing. Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care is also excluded.

No. Every product is covered from the date of purchase. No registration, no account, no expiration.

Yes. The warranty follows the product, not the original purchaser.
