System Belt

A belt built on a slider, not a punched hole — continuous adjustment across a full waist range rather than five fixed settings.

The strap is cut from 25mm Cordura® webbing, woven flat and narrow enough to sit low-profile under a waistband rather than stack bulk at the buckle. A cam-style slider mechanism holds tension continuously along the strap, which is what lets a single belt cover a 28" to 42" waist range without a punched hole in sight.

Metal hardware sits at the closure point, engineered to hook and release cleanly at that same point of contact rather than wearing down at it the way a standard buckle catch does over time. Assembled in the USA, the belt reads as a strip of webbing and a single point of hardware with nothing sized or shaped to announce itself under a shirt.
